Yes, without question. We never ask new patients to wait for a “new patient intake appointment” before getting help. If you are in pain today, we want to see you today. Just call us at (289) 302-6864 or fill in the form on this page and we will get you in as fast as possible.
Yes. We see plenty of patients without insurance and we always go over costs with you before starting any treatment. No surprises, no pressure. We also accept Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) benefits and can discuss payment options if needed. Getting you out of pain is the priority.
Just yourself. If you have a government-issued ID and your insurance card, bring those along. If you have had dental X-rays taken elsewhere in the past year, we can work with those too. But if you walk in with nothing except a toothache, we can still take care of you.
We hear this a lot and it is completely understandable. We use local anesthetic for any procedure that needs it and we go at your pace. Many patients tell us they were surprised by how comfortable the visit was compared to what they expected. If dental anxiety is something you deal with, just mention it when you call or arrive and we will make sure you feel at ease before anything starts.
